Every one of your 12 reviews is five stars, and for "demolition contractor" you already own the map. For "junk removal" you lose 22 of 39 spots to someone else. For "debris hauling" you don't appear at all. This page shows the gap, and how we close it.
The people who find you love you. That's the hard part, and you've already done it.
Your listing scores 71 out of 100 overall. The reviews and the basics are right, and Google already trusts you for demolition. What's missing is everything else you do.
Someone nearby types "junk removal" or "debris hauling" into Google. Here's who they see.
Same searches, same customers. Here's how far apart you and the three companies you're up against actually are.
Google shows demohaulic.com for zero searches and sends it zero visitors a month, three months running. Here's why.
Each page carries a canonical tag pointing at https://demohaulic.com. That's an instruction to ignore the page and index the homepage instead. Your junk removal page, your bathroom demolition page and your quote pages are all effectively excluded from search.
rel="canonical" href="https://demohaulic.com" on /junk-removal, /bathroom-demolition, /free-quote, /demo-quote, /home-1760, /home-1776.The title tag is what shows up as the blue link in Google. All seven pages we checked, including the junk removal page, use the identical title and description, and neither mentions junk removal, hauling or Eastpointe.
The H1 is the headline Google uses to understand what a page is about. The homepage has sixteen of them, and they include a phone number, an email line, the word "STOP…" and bullet points. The junk removal page has ten. To Google that reads as a page with no subject.
/home-1760, /home-1776, /demo-quote and /free-quote all serve the same page as the homepage, word for word. Duplicate pages split whatever authority the site has and confuse which one Google should show.
Across the whole site, "Eastpointe" appears on zero pages. "Junk removal" appears once on the homepage. "Demolition" appears once. Each page has roughly 400 words of visible text. Google can't rank a page for a service the page doesn't name.
Six of the seven images on each page have no alt text, which is how Google reads what a picture shows. The images are also larger than 100 KB and not in a modern format, which slows the page on phones.
The number is written into a heading as text, not as a link. On a phone, a customer has to copy it out by hand. There are no tel: links anywhere on the pages we checked.
Of 22 URLs Google knows about, 10 redirect somewhere else, one returns a 404, and 6 are orphans no other page links to. robots.txt is empty, the crawl flagged the sitemap, and the site sends no security policy header.
No og:url, no Twitter title or description, and the Open Graph title runs over 60 characters. Business schema markup exists on the homepage and quote pages but not on the bathroom demolition or junk removal pages, which are the ones that should carry it.
The site has links from 122 other domains. They are overwhelmingly link farms and unrelated foreign sites: casino and poker pages, "guest post" networks, music download sites, each linking from an address like /all/799/14.html. Links like these don't help, and a pile of them can hurt. They should be disavowed.
Pages load with a 200 status, the homepage carries business schema, and the site is on a modern host. The bones are usable; the content and settings on top of them are working against you.
Three moves. Each one closes a piece of the gap you just saw.
A typical Demohaulic job is worth about $2,000, and every month the map stays grey those jobs go to someone else. If you'd like to be put on the map, reach out and we'll talk it through. No pressure, nothing to sign today.
Every number on this page comes from live scans of your Google listing, the map around your location, your website, and the same scans run on the three competitors, taken September 19, 2026.
